Number each group of batteries, establish an independent use file, arrange a special person to be responsible, truthfully record the use of the battery, the problems occurred during the use and the treatment methods, etc., and keep it properly, and keep abreast of the use status of the battery.
2. Daily maintenance:
1. When the power display on the dashboard of the forklift turns red (the remaining power is 20%), you must stop using it, and you need to prepare for charging as soon as possible, and you can no longer use it.
2. Unplug the battery and fork workshop, and open the upper cover of the battery pack.
3. Connect the battery plug to the matching charger plug, and place the connected plug on the outside of the power supply box to hang in the air. It is strictly forbidden to place the plug on the battery box or on the battery during charging.
4. Open all battery filling caps, be careful not to let foreign objects fall into the battery, and observe the battery liquid level.
5. Turn on the switch of the charger and start charging to ensure that the specifications of the charger match the model of the battery to avoid overcharging or undercharging of the battery. Do equalizing charging once a month and desulfurizing charging once a quarter.
6. Unplug the battery plug to connect with the charger plug
After charging, first turn off the power of the charger, and then unplug the charger and the battery plug. It is forbidden to pull the plug above the battery pack and keep away from the battery as much as possible. Do not unplug the plug before charging is completed.
7. Automatic water adding system
If the battery is equipped with an automatic water replenishment system, connect the water pipe plug after charging, and unplug the plug after the water replenishment is completed. Remember to add excess water before charging to avoid electrolyte overflow, corrosion of the box, and pollution of the environment.
8. Artificial hydration
When the electrolyte level is lower than the minimum level, add distilled water or deionized water. It is forbidden to add any acid solution. The added distilled water can be between the minimum level and the maximum level, but not higher than the maximum level.
9. After charging, pay attention to observe and record the charging time, charged power, temperature and other related content. Then cover all the battery filling caps, clean the surface of the battery with a rag, keep it clean and dry, and connect the battery to the forklift, and it can be put into use.
3. Weekly maintenance:
1. Measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte of each battery after the battery is fully charged, and make a record. If the specific gravity of the battery electrolyte can reach 1.29 g/cm3 (30°C), the battery can be used normally.
2. If it is found that the specific gravity of the battery electrolyte is lower than 1.29, please carry out balanced charging in time to ensure that the battery is fully charged before it can be put into use to avoid the occurrence of sulfation and affect the performance and life of the battery.
3. Check whether the connection between the batteries is damaged, so as to avoid the danger of charging and discharging and cause safety accidents, and ensure that the connection torque is 25Nm.
4. According to the battery usage record for a week, understand the charging status and usage status of the entire battery pack. It is strictly forbidden to overcharge and overdischarge the battery pack. The depth of discharge should not exceed 80%. If it cannot be guaranteed, equalization charging must be done once a week.
Fourth, monthly maintenance:
1. 2 hours after the end of charging, measure the voltage of each battery cell and the specific gravity after being fully charged, and compare with the data measured before. If there is a significant change or the difference between the cells is large, further testing is required, and if necessary, contact the after-sales service. department.
2. Check whether there is acid in the box, and extract the accumulated liquid in the box to avoid corroding the box and polluting the environment.
