2.1 Oil and coolant use rules
2.1.1 General
●Because the operating conditions of the forklift are harsh and the external environment is dusty, the oil is easy to deteriorate. Once it is found that the oil has deteriorated, or there are too many impurities in the oil, it should be replaced in time. Even if the oil is clean, it should be replaced regularly according to maintenance requirements.
●Oil must be clean. Change the oil in a place with less dust to avoid contamination of the oil.
2.1.2 Coolant
●Usually use rainwater, tap water or clarified river water as cooling water. Well water and spring water contain a lot of minerals, which can easily cause scale in the water chamber of the diesel engine, affect the cooling effect and cause malfunctions, so it is not suitable for direct use (it can be used after boiling and precipitation).
●When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, antifreeze should be added to the cooling liquid. If there is no antifreeze in the coolant, be sure to drain the coolant after parking, and add it again before starting next time.
●Antifreeze is flammable, keep away from open flames when adding antifreeze.
●Can not directly use 100% antifreeze as coolant ("Wanrunjia" -35 type antifreeze has been prepared and can be used directly)

2.1.5 Lubricating oil
●Correct lubrication can reduce the friction resistance of the machine and the wear of parts, reduce noise, ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the life of the machine.
●Connections not covered in this manual (such as joints and connecting sleeves) usually do not need to be lubricated. Some parts are not flexible due to long-term use. Please add lubricating oil.
2.1.6 Oil storage
●Prevent water, dirt and other impurities from mixing.
●In order to ensure the quality of long-term storage oil, the principle of first in first out should be followed.
2.4 Maintenance rules for electrical system
●If the wire is in a humid environment or the insulator is damaged, the electrical system is prone to leakage, resulting in dangerous accidents.
●Do not dismantle the electrical components on the machine at will.
●It is not allowed to add other electrical components on the machine.
●When cleaning the whole machine or working in a rainy and snowy environment, keep the electrical system dry.
●When constructing on the seashore, it is necessary to prevent seawater from corroding the electrical system.
●The backup power supply must never be connected to a fuse, start switch or battery relay.
