1. Do not charge the battery
Common fault conditions: When the car engine of the electric palletizer is running normally, the battery charging indicator or the ammeter marks the negative direction, indicating that the generator set of the electric palletizer does not generate electricity, and the rechargeable battery does not charge the battery.
Reasons for common failures: common failures of generator sets, common failures of controllers or circuit failures of electric palletizers.
2. The battery charging current of the stack car is too low.
Common fault conditions: When the motor of the electric palletizer is running, the battery charging indicator flashes or the current meter shakes to zero. The working voltage on both sides of the battery or generator set is accurately measured by the DC working voltage range of the digital multimeter. If it is less than the index value, it means that the battery charging current of the electric palletizer is too low.
Common fault reasons: The working standard voltage of the stack express car is unbalanced or the AC voltage stabilizer is common fault, the belt is loose, the generator rotor, the electronic rectifier and the rotor are common faults.
3. The battery charging current is too high.
Common fault conditions: During the operation of the motor of the electric palletizer, the light bulb is easily burned, and the lithium battery electrolyte of the rechargeable battery is consumed too quickly. Use the DC working voltage range of the digital multimeter to accurately measure the working voltage on both sides of the battery or generator set. If it exceeds the index value, the battery charging current is too high.
Common fault reasons: AC voltage stabilizer operating voltage is unbalanced or common faults.
Such common faults may be encountered when using electric forklifts. When you encounter problems, you can immediately check according to the above reasons. If it cannot be dealt with, you can ask technical professional protection staff to deal with it.
